Francesca as a Two-Month Old

In Francesca's third month, she discovered her voice, her face in the mirror, and how to remove her hat -- all things she enjoys immensely! What Francesca has not discovered, to the dismay of her parents, is the pleasure of sleep.

The day Francesca turned 8 weeks old, she ventured onto the subway for the first time and headed directly for the Baby Gap in Chelsea, where she purchased all the latest winter fashions.

On November 9, Francesca's two-month birthday, she weighed in at 12 pounds and measured 23 inches in length -- an increase of 4 pounds and 3 inches since her birth. She was extremely brave when receiving 4 immunization shots, keeping the crying to a minimum and looking as if she was going to grab one of the syringes and have a go at the doctor's thigh. That's our girl!

Francesca continues to demand that she be walked all over Brooklyn on a daily basis and, on November 24, Francesca took her first walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.

Zio David came from Pittsburgh to see Francesca for her first Thanksgiving, which made her very happy. She picked him up at the airport and everyone drove up to Connecticut to spend the day at her Pop-Pop Levett's house.

To celebrate the conclusion of her second month, Francesca took her first airplane ride on December 8 and went to San Francisco!
